Simple terms for listening, membership, and respecting the stories we share.
1. Lizzin and your family
Lizzin offers audio stories for children and families. An adult parent or guardian must manage purchases and any account used by a child. This pre-launch website provides information and an audio sample; it does not currently accept payment or start a trial.
Lizzin is operated by Alfafusion Web Technology Corporation, 21B IBM Plaza, Eastwood City, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1110 Philippines. The final effective date and purchase arrangements will be confirmed before paid membership begins. 2. Membership and the 14-day free trial
All three planned membership options include a 14-day free trial. The planned prices are:

Local currency, taxes, and the actual amount payable will be shown before purchase. Trial eligibility, the exact trial end date, the first charge, and cancellation instructions must be disclosed in the final purchase screen.
Monthly and annual plans: The planned model is automatic renewal at the stated billing interval unless canceled. Final store configuration and trial-to-paid conversion rules must be confirmed before launch. A free trial is not permission for an undisclosed charge.
Forever (lifetime access): This is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Its trial will require a supported access arrangement and explicit authorization of the one-time purchase. The precise duration of “lifetime,” included future content, account limits, and service-discontinuation protections must be finalized and disclosed before the plan is sold.
3. Cancellation, purchases, and refunds
For a subscription purchased through Apple or Google Play, manage cancellation in the relevant store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Follow the cancellation deadline and access terms displayed by the store for your purchase.
Refund requests for store purchases are handled through the relevant store’s process, subject to applicable consumer rights. Contact us if you need help identifying the purchase provider. These terms do not exclude rights or refunds required by law. No payment is collected on this website.
4. Listening and permitted use
Audio samples and membership content are intended for personal, non-commercial listening through the features made available by Lizzin. Access does not transfer ownership of a story, recording, illustration, or brand. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, bypass access controls, or extract protected content without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Parents and guardians should choose suitable stories and listening volumes for their children. Lizzin is entertainment and a bedtime companion, not a medical treatment or a guarantee of sleep outcomes.
5. Copyright and intellectual property

Storytimely is credited as the source of the featured audio stories. No claim is made to exclusive rights in public-domain material or elements that are not protected by law.
For permission to reuse material, or to report a possible infringement, email digital@alfafusion.com. Identify the work, the page or story concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to contact you. Please do not send unnecessary personal information.
6. Availability, changes, and your rights
The app is in preparation, and advertised launch features and prices remain subject to final confirmation before purchase. Material limitations and changes affecting paid access must be disclosed to customers. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final governing-law and dispute terms will be added once the legal operator and launch markets are confirmed.

7. Account responsibility and acceptable use
When accounts become available, an adult must manage the account and purchases used by their family. Keep login credentials private and contact digital@alfafusion.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, misuse support channels, interfere with the service, or try to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Use downloads only through features expressly offered in the app and within the access rights of your plan. Permission for family listening does not grant permission to upload recordings to other services, resell them, or use them in commercial productions.
8. Reporting a copyright concern
Email digital@alfafusion.com with the subject “Lizzin copyright report.” Include your name and contact details; the protected work you believe is affected; the exact Lizzin page, title or material concerned; and whether you own the rights or act for the owner. Explain the basis of your concern and confirm that your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may request information needed to assess the report. This contact is not a representation that a statutory copyright agent has been registered.
9. Third-party services and questions
App stores and other linked services have their own terms and privacy notices. Their terms apply to transactions and services they provide, alongside any rights you have under applicable law.
