You guide the story. You guide the choices.
Adult-managed listening
Lizzin is designed for family listening, with an adult managing purchases, accounts and support. Children should not use the email signup or send personal information. Choose age-appropriate stories and a comfortable listening volume.
What to share with us
Use your own adult email address. Please do not include your child’s full name, school, birthday, location, photographs or voice recordings when asking for help. If a child has sent us information, email digital@alfafusion.com so we can review and address it.
Planned app approach
The selected launch standard keeps bookmarks and playback position on the device by default and excludes optional child-linked server collection until the required notices and consent controls are ready. This is the intended app design, not confirmation of a released app’s behavior. The final app policy will identify actual data, providers and processing locations.
Permission for optional child-linked features
Before an optional feature collects child-linked information, its notice must identify the exact data, purpose, recipients, retention and parent choices. Verified parental consent must be completed where required before collection begins. Parents may refuse optional collection, review or correct their child’s data, request deletion and withdraw permission.
An adult-age checkbox, a parental gate, an email confirmation or an app purchase is not by itself verified parental consent. The website’s email signup request is permission to contact an adult about updates only; it does not authorize collection of a child’s data.
Review, deletion and withdrawal
Email digital@alfafusion.com from your account or contact address and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your family. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless a secure process has been explained.
See Data Retention & Deletion for the request process and planned retention schedule. No child account or parental-consent collection is available on this website.
