THAT’S WHERE LIZZIN FITS IN
Keep the wonder.
Let the screen rest.
Lizzin gives your family something lovely to listen to when it’s time to stop watching. Choose a story together, start the audio, and put the screen away from your child.
Make room for listening, closeness, and a gentler end to the day. A story-filled bedtime, without the pressure to make it perfect.
Hear what a quieter evening could sound likeThe research above concerns screens and sleep, not Lizzin or audiobooks. Lizzin has not been clinically tested to improve sleep. It is designed to support a screen-free listening routine, alongside the bedtime habits that work for your family.

A small change.
Promising early findings.
A randomized pilot trial found that removing screens in the hour before bed was feasible and showed modest preliminary benefits for some measures of toddler sleep.
Toddlers aged 16–30 months at enrollment. Larger trials are needed.

- Carter et al. (2016): Portable screen-based media and sleep outcomes
Systematic review and meta-analysis of 20 cross-sectional studies, totaling 125,198 participants. The average age was 14.5 years, so the findings should not be treated as a result specific to all children ages 3–10. Published in JAMA Pediatrics, 170(12), 1202–1208.
- Pickard et al. (2024): Toddler screen use before bed
A seven-week pilot randomized trial with 105 families. Participants were younger than Lizzin’s intended age range. Findings were preliminary and did not establish an attention benefit. Published in JAMA Pediatrics, 178(12), 1270–1279.
